1. Information you provide

ReadySet Mobile receives personal information only when you choose to send it, such as by emailing us. That information may include your name, email address, the content of your message, and any phone-plan, device, budget, or service details you decide to include.

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, carrier account PINs, account-transfer PINs, or other sensitive credentials.

2. Bill Check and Data Checker

The current Bill Check and Data Checker are client-side tools. Your answers are processed in your browser to display a result. The tool code does not submit or store those answers on ReadySet Mobile servers.

Tool results are estimates. If you follow a result link, the destination page or provider may collect information under its own privacy policy.

3. Technical and usage information

The site platform, hosting services, security tools, or analytics tools may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and site interactions.

ReadySet Mobile code may generate events for page interactions and outbound affiliate clicks. Event fields can include the page, offer, placement, partner, and campaign associated with the click.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site platform may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, or analytics. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, although some features may work differently.

Affiliate networks and providers may use cookies, referral identifiers, or similar technologies after you click a sponsored link so they can attribute a qualifying action. Their own privacy policies control that activity.

5. How information is used

We may use information to operate and secure the site, respond to messages, improve tools and content, understand page performance, measure outbound clicks, prevent misuse, comply with law, and enforce our terms.

ReadySet Mobile does not use tool answers to make credit, insurance, carrier eligibility, employment, housing, or other regulated decisions.

6. How information may be disclosed

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, site operation, security, analytics, or email. Affiliate-click information may be shared with the applicable network or partner when you follow its link.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer.

ReadySet Mobile does not directly sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing” that can include certain advertising or tracking activities.

7. Third-party sites, payments, and support

When you leave ReadySet Mobile, the destination site’s privacy policy and terms apply. Providers and retailers may collect contact, account, identity, payment, device, location, eligibility, and usage information needed for their own services.

ReadySet Mobile does not directly process provider checkouts, wireless-service payments, device purchases, protection-plan payments, claims, or account activations unless a page clearly states otherwise.

8. Security, retention, and your choices

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Email messages and operational records may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs and analytics records are retained according to the settings of the applicable platform or service.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain uses of personal information. Send requests to info@goreadysetmobile.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when law permits or requires it.

9. Children, updates, and contact

ReadySet Mobile is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Content about kids’ phone plans is intended for parents and guardians.

We may update this policy when site practices, tools, partners, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
