1. Our role

ReadySet Mobile is an independent informational and affiliate-supported website. We are not a wireless carrier, mobile virtual network operator, phone manufacturer, retailer, insurer, protection-plan administrator, repair company, financing company, payment processor, or customer-support department for any third party.

We do not control a provider’s pricing, promotions, network performance, coverage, compatibility decisions, activation, billing, device financing, claims, refunds, returns, warranties, cancellations, or support.

2. Tools, estimates, and recommendations

ReadySet Mobile tools are designed to provide general guidance. Bill Check and Data Checker use the information you enter to produce an estimate or recommendation. They are not carrier quotes, audits, eligibility decisions, tax calculations, or guarantees of savings.

You are responsible for entering accurate information and reviewing the assumptions shown with any result. Taxes, fees, device balances, activation charges, promotions, coverage, and provider terms can change the outcome.

Recommendations are based on the information available to us and may change as offers, products, or partner terms change.

3. Affiliate links and compensation

Some links are affiliate, referral, or sponsored links. ReadySet Mobile may earn a commission or other compensation when you click one of those links and complete a qualifying purchase, activation, sign-up, or other action.

4. Third-party websites and transactions

When you follow a link to a provider, retailer, affiliate network, or other third party, you leave ReadySet Mobile. That third party’s terms, privacy policy, checkout process, billing rules, warranties, return policy, and support procedures apply.

Any purchase, activation, port, claim, return, cancellation, refund, billing dispute, or support request must be handled with the third party responsible for the product or service.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep information useful and current, but prices, promotions, plan terms, data allowances, device specifications, coverage, inventory, and partner requirements can change without notice.

ReadySet Mobile does not warrant that every page, link, price, offer, or product detail is complete, current, error-free, or available. Confirm final details with the provider before relying on them.

6. Acceptable use

You may use ReadySet Mobile for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the site, its hosting, security, analytics, links, or tools.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Use automated methods to overload, scrape, copy, spam, or attack the site.
• Submit false, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of ReadySet Mobile without permission.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

7. Content and intellectual property

ReadySet Mobile branding, original copy, layouts, graphics, guides, and site-created content are owned by ReadySet Mobile or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal, noncommercial use.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, product images, and product names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not create an ownership interest or guarantee an endorsement or partnership beyond any relationship expressly disclosed.

8. No professional advice or warranties

ReadySet Mobile provides general information, not legal, financial, tax, insurance, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a plan, phone, protection option, or provider is suitable for you.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, savings, coverage, compatibility, activation, claim outcomes, or third-party performance.

9. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadySet Mobile and its owners, operators, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, tools, links, recommendations, or third-party offers.

You agree to indemnify and hold ReadySet Mobile harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another party’s rights.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Privacy, changes, law, and contact

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms or the site when our practices, partners, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
